AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Ridic Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Ridic Ventures website and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
